Innovating to introduce 8 new beers and more than 21 types of non-alcoholic beverages in under two years has only been possible with the support of our Research & Development team. You’d be pleasantly surprised to know that we are the only brewery in the country to have an in-house quality control mechanism! It’s because of this that we can constantly innovate, and launch a range of experimental craft and functional beverages too.

Sustainability & Community

We provide employment opportunities to the local community in Bicholim, Goa, and take their assistance in our recycling and repurposing projects. We’re constantly working on keeping our promises about Mission Zero, and aim to make a complete shift to greener forms of energy in the next 10 years. We treat our water and solid waste, reuse the spent grain as fodder for cattle & even use compost for packaging in order to make our bottles plastic-free.

Research & Development

Our in-depth research has enabled us to source high-quality ingredients and raw materials from Finland, Germany and Spain, enabling us to create a craft beverage experience that matches global standards. We test our final products multiple times, paying close attention to the brewing, manufacturing and bottling processes. We integrate all our brews, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, into a channel of excellence that caters to a variety of moods, and palettes.
