We are India’s foremost bespoke craft beverage company making game-changing functional beverages and craft beers in Goa. Born in 2017, we are a young, innovative beverage company, co-founded by Aditya Ishan Varshnei (CEO) and Anish Varshnei (CIO) With the support of our team of young, vibrant individuals we aim to build an infrastructure around our products that is vastly different from what’s available in the market today. Borecha is our first beverage brand that specialises in the manufacturing of functional beverages. We have also launched a range of craft beers under the brand name 'Maka Di'.
With “innovation” and “R&D “as our two main pillars, we set out to create a new universe of beverages; beverages that are unique, fun, experimental, edgy. We pride ourselves on being India’s first bespoke 100% craft beverage company. Good brews everywhere!

Founded on Oct 31, 2017 by Aditya Ishan Varshnei and Anish Varshnei, Latambarcem Brewers started as a home experiment and college hobby.
Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd launched Borecha, their first kombucha beverage brand.
The pandemic in March 2020 saw Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd shift to an e-commerce model in Goa
On 1st October 2020, Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd launched their second beverage brand Maka, a beer brand that slowly grew to be a popular favourite.
Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd switched from bottles to cans for Borecha production to reduce carbon emissions, increase recycling, and minimize their carbon footprint, as part of eco-friendly and sustainable operations.
The Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd brewery completed construction on 1st July 2020 and celebrated the occasion with an Amazon tie-up.
December 2020 saw a lot of media approval as Latambarcem Brewers Pvt Ltd made its way into the country's top magazines and scientific journals.
The new year kicked off on a good note as Maka beers made their way into Karnataka in January 2021.
Maka's lager and Borecha's lemonade teamed up to create Lager-Ade, India's first bottled shandy, a low-alcohol all-day refresher.
By April 2021, Borecha’s success had led to the expansion of the manufacturing facility.
With a larger space came more avenues to be creative, and Borecha Oh! Was launched by June 2021.
By August 2021, Maka beers had entered the markets in Maharashtra and Chandigarh.
